Was möchten Sie zurücksenden und warum?

Wir möchten Ihnen zu jeder Zeit hundertprozentigen Service bieten. Dennoch kann es vorkommen, dass Sie einen Artikel an uns zurücksenden müssen.

Damit wir Ihr Anliegen so effizient wie möglich bearbeiten können, bitten wir Sie, eine der beiden folgenden Optionen auszuwählen und anschließend das Formular auszufüllen. Wir kümmern uns dann um den Rest.

Returns

If you have products in perfect working order in the original packaging that you wish to return to STEMMER IMAGING, please follow the following instructions.

  1. Download the returns authorisation form, see »Resources« at the right.
  2. Complete the form, read the conditions of return and sign the authorisation.
  3. Include the form with the returned goods.
  4. Please mark the outside of the box »FAO Returns Department«.
  5. Post the goods back to STEMMER IMAGING using a recorded delivery service and retain the tracking number.

Repairs

If you have faulty products that you wish to return for repair please follow the following instructions.

  1. Download the repair authorisation form, see »Resources« at the right.
  2. Complete the form, read the conditions of return and sign the authorisation.
  3. Include the form with the returned goods.
  4. Please mark the outside of the box »FAO Repair Department«.
  5. Post the goods back to STEMMER IMAGING using a recorded delivery service and retain the tracking number.

Once the Goods are received a Repair reference number will be e-​mailed to you which you should keep for any correspondence regarding the repair.

  • Please do not send packages to STEMMER IMAGING without a completed and signed repair form.
  • Items returned without a completed and signed repair form could mean the the repair is not processed.
  • To ensure that we are able to identify the fault we ask to provide a detailed fault description along with as much information about the configuration as possible.

Where possible please send or e-​mail us an image showing the fault. For Frame Grabbers and Cameras please send or e-​mail us the acquisition configuration file, i.e. ITEX, IFC, Sapera.

Warranty

  • Items under warranty are repaired free of charge (provided they have not been misused).
  • For items that are out of warranty, an estimate will be issued prior to repair. In this case, no repair work will be undertaken without an order.
  • If the estimate is refused there may be an evaluation charge. If the estimate is refused a shipping charge may be made, if you require the goods returned.
