Datapath has extended the product family of its PCI Express x4 frame grabber cards Datapath Vision and presents the innovation Datapath Vision SD4+1 for connecting four standard video sources and one high-​resolution DVI-I or HDMI source.

The new frame grabber card Datapath Vision SD4+1 by Datapath allows you to detect analogue RGB or digital DVI video signals and works with digitising rates of up to 170 MHz pixel clock (analogue) or 165 MHz (DVI). The card allows you to grab Component HD formats up to 1080p with 60 frames per second, HDMI up to 1080p, DVI up to resolutions of 1920 x 1200 pixels and with RGB/VGA up to 2048 x 1536 pixels. Four Composite/S-Video inputs (PAL, NTSC, SECAM) are supported. The maximum video resolution is 720 x 576 pixels. The image data is copied to the graphics card or system memory with minimal CPU loading for display or streaming.”

A DirectShow interface or the free SDK provided by the manufacturer guarantee an easy connection to the application. A Common Vision Blox driver is available for industrial applications.
