Schneider-Kreuznach presented a lens series with F-mount at the VISION show 2010.

The first two lenses of the new Xenon-Emerald series for F-mount cameras are Xenon 2.2/50 with maximum aperture index of F2.2 and focal length of 50 mm and the Telexenar 2.8/100 with maximum aperture of F2.8 and focal length of 100 mm. Both lenses have a large image circle of 43.2 mm. These lenses are characterised by the compact design and the stable fixation of the aperture and focus adjustment that guarantees that the adjustment is not changed even in rough and dirty industrial environments.

Further features of these extraordinary lenses are the optimisation of the imaging performance to typical object distances in the close-up range and the broad band coating for 400 nm to 1000 nm that have an effect in particular in high-end line applications, surface inspection and quality control.

If the camera does not have an F-mount, the exchangeable connection socket of the Xenon-Emerald lenses allows an easy adaptation to the different camera connections.
