| Our WEEE registration number is DE 98222612, dated 21st December 2005. | ||||
| STEMMER IMAGING acknowledges our responsibilities under the WEEE directives and as such any product originally supplied by us may be returned to our UK office for safe disposal via our german warehouse. | ||||

| Many stock items are available on a sale or return basis, provided they are returned as new. Please contact sales for details. | ||||

| Quotations to companies without a credit account receive a credit application form and also a Credit Card Authorization form. On completion of the credit application form STEMMER IMAGING can approve credit within 24 hours subject to receiving a satisfactory credit report. If you would prefer to opt for instant shipment we are also able to accept payments via MasterCard and VISA. | ||||
| Delivery | ||||
| All deliveries over £200 are shipped free of charge within 48 hours, if in stock. Priority next day delivery for stock items can be arranged for a small additional charge. | ||||
| 24 Month Warranty | ||||
| All our hardware products have a 24 months warranty unless explicitly stated on a quote. Where supplier warranty is less we underwrite the warranty. | ||||
| Advanced Replacements | ||||
| Any stock item that fails within 28 days from delivery will be advanced replaced with a new product. | ||||
| Returns | ||||
| To return products or repair please go to our website to request an RMA number. Please do not return products without a number as this will result in the repair being delayed. | ||||
