The Gocator range includes displacements sensors, profile sensors and snapshot sensors. They all feature an integrated laser or LED light source and optics and provide on-board processing of 3D data without the need for an external PC, allowing the direct output of the measured results. Everything needed for setup, measurement and control is contained in a single, web-enabled pre- calibrated package.
The Gocator 1100 and 1300 Series of 3D displacement sensors are ideal for automating non-contact distance measurement processes and real-time closed loop control. They provide high speed, non-contact dimensional measurements such as distance, height, thickness, or surface roughness.
Gocator 2000 and 2300 Series profile sensors measure cross-sectional shapes of parts and materials surfaces. Moving an object under the laser line allows cross-sections to be collected to create 3D point clouds representing whole parts for performing volumetric measurements.
The latest Gocator 3100 series of snapshot sensors are ideal for a wide variety of non-contact, in-line inspection applications where objects must remain stationary. It can be used for dimensional measurement of many features such as holes, slots, studs and gap & flush.
